A practice assessment is the very first step to working with RêveNew Practice Management (RPM)

Jean-Guy will work with you to complete a full diagnostic of your practice to discover your biggest challenges, possible remedies and how long it will take to resolve those issues.

From here, depending on the situation and your needs, 1 of these 3 solutions will be proposed:

A – Per hour Coaching
You’re doing pretty well! The things that can be improved are diffused across different areas of your business and may only require minor adjustments.
No contract required.

B – Specific Areas
It is understood and agreed that you would appreciate help in one or several areas like Hiring & Firing, Processes, Time & Billing…

C – Risk Free Contract
Your practice will require changes in processes and time to implement those changes, but it clearly has potential and will shine with the right adjustments. Dive into your practice in depth to ensure tremendous performance and better life-style.

This solution brings you to step 2

The second step is to examine the history of your practice, information about the decision makers, philosophy, approach to problem solving, as well as ability and desire to change.

“No man is more blind than the man who refuses to see”
Remember that RPM will give you advice and it will be up to you to implement it.
Without your willingness to adopt change and become owner of your destination, RPM will not be able to do anything for you.
RPM will provide you with the know-how and support to guide you to a better life. The rest will be up to you.

The third step is the contract and it contains 3 parts.

What are the priority areas you want help with? Take some time and tell us what you really want and why, so we can focus on that.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
We will provide you with a very clear list of what we will want and expect from you for this contract to be fruitful. We want to be assured you are confortable in entering into contract with us and with all that this entails.

WHAT WILL IT COST YOU?
We will forecast your future earnings (based on your history) and calculate the “base amount” which will become the basis of your fees.

The fourth step is the Full Practice Diagnostic.

The RPM comprehensive playbook allowed Jean-Guy to evaluate ever aspect of your practice. This exercise consists of going through well over 100 Practice Management Process questions, which normally takes between 30 and 40 hours in most cases.

The fifth step is the road map.

You will receive a list of recommendations we suggest you implement in order to unlock the true potential of your practice.

But it does not stop there!

We will help you to prioritize the most important changes and explain how to implement them. We will agree on a date upon which these changes have to be done and check in on your progress to guide you and help you achieve your goals.

For the next 5 years, we will help you update your list and prioritize the next action steps. We do regular follow-ups and support you throughout the transformation of your practice. You will be able to contact us and ask as many questions as you like. You won’t be alone anymore.
